9. What the landlord receives

When you make an offer, your agent does not email your documents around. They send the landlord or the listing agent one private link to a package, and only what that package needs.

• The application package: the letter, the application as a PDF, and the documents your agent marked Completed. Nothing that is still pending or incomplete.
• The deposit package: the bank draft and the deposit receipt, once an offer is accepted.
• The insurance and utilities package: the proof of insurance and the utility accounts, before you move in.
• The move in package: the photos and notes of the problems you found on the day of the keys, with the question of when they will be fixed, and your offer to take care of them yourself only if you ticked it.
• Additional documents: when the listing agent asks for more after the package went, only the completed documents your agent chose, one by one.

1. The link stops working on the date your agent set, 14 days unless they chose otherwise and never more than 60.
2. Every open by the landlord is written to your access log, which step 10 shows you.
3. Your photos, your notes on the places you saw and your messages are never in any package.
4. When your agent sends a package, they can tick a box so you get a short email and text saying your file is being taken care of. It never lists the documents or says who received them.
